Akopchikyan Law Corporation

Strategy Grounded in Your Objectives

Akopchikyan Law Corporation is a boutique litigation firm focused exclusively on business and real estate disputes. Our reputation is built on exceptional preparation and relentless advocacy. Every engagement begins with a discussion about the client’s goals. We then prepare a strategy that can range from targeted, aggressive litigation to a discreet, value-preserving settlement. Whatever the forum, our purpose is constant: securing an outcome that advances the client’s goals.

Litigation can distract owners, executives, and investors from what matters most: running the business. We move the dispute off your desk and onto ours, allowing you to stay focused on the business. We will prepare a clear action plan, keep you informed with regular updates and assessments, and concentrate on protecting and advancing your interests.

Flexible Fee Arrangements

Hourly Basis

You are billed only for the time we spend on your case. Our hourly rates are competitive and reflect the experience and attention we bring to each matter.

Hybrid: Hourly + Contingency

For select cases, we offer a hybrid fee payment. You pay for the time we spend on your case at a reduced hourly rate and, if we win or settle your matter, you pay an additional percentage of the recovery.

Fixed or Capped Fee

For clearly defined projects or streamlined litigation matters, such as preparation of a demand letter or commercial unlawful detainer actions based on non-payment of rent, we offer flexible fee arrangements: a single flat fee that covers the entire assignment; or hourly billing that is capped at an agreed amount.

Contingency Fee

For select cases, we represent clients without charging upfront fees. We receive a percentage of the recovery if we secure a settlement or judgment.
